When completing an Owner Operator, Driver Details, Dispatcher, Carrier Setup, or other form, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and correcting any material errors. Please do not submit another person's personal information or documents unless you are authorized to provide them.

Submission of a form does not guarantee acceptance, approval, onboarding, employment, a service agreement, or access to any particular opportunity. We may request additional information or clarification when reasonably necessary to evaluate a request.

Owner Operators and carriers are responsible for understanding the operating requirements applicable to their businesses and for maintaining any registrations, authority, licenses, insurance, and qualifications required for their operations.

Each carrier or Owner Operator remains responsible for its own business decisions, equipment, drivers, vehicle maintenance, safety practices, cargo handling, operating permissions, and contractual obligations, as applicable.

Any dispatch or coordination services will be limited to the scope agreed upon in writing. Nothing in these terms is intended to replace applicable transportation laws, regulatory requirements, or a separate written agreement.

You agree to use our services honestly and lawfully and to cooperate with reasonable requests relating to your application or agreed services.

• Provide accurate contact, business, vehicle, and driver information when requested.
• Maintain the credentials, permissions, and documents required for your own operations.
• Notify us when relevant submitted information changes or becomes inaccurate.
• Do not impersonate another person, falsify documents, or misuse information obtained through our services.

Any service fees, payment schedules, billing arrangements, or other charges will be disclosed in the applicable written agreement or other agreed service terms before they become payable.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment terms that apply to your selected services. Questions about an invoice or charge should be raised through the appropriate business contact.

No specific fee, refund, cancellation charge, or payment deadline is established by this section alone. Those details must be determined by the applicable agreement and relevant law.

Depending on the service or application, we may request business information, operating authority details, insurance certificates, tax forms, driver qualifications, or other relevant documents.

You are responsible for ensuring that documents submitted by you are genuine, current where required, and provided lawfully. We may request updated documents or clarification when necessary.

Submission of a document does not mean that it has been independently verified, accepted by a government agency, or confirmed to satisfy every applicable regulatory requirement.
